Jean Cocteau’s La Belle et la Bête is one of my favorite films of all time. The iconic adaptation of the classic fairy tale is spell binding, eerie, and surreal. I particularly love the human characteristics given to inanimate objects, like the arm candelabras and the blinking faces carved into the fireplace. Luckily for us, it seems as though designers were inspired by this theme as well. These wonderfully creepy accessories will add a little Cocteau macabre throughout your home.
